With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patricia Norman Smith of Chicopee, Massachusetts, who passed away on August 12, 2025 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Patricia may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Patricia touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor Norman and Adele Norman (Szydlick); and her husband Robert Smith. She is survived by: her children, Debi Ekenbarger (Del) of Naugatuck, CT, Darren Sharp (Sharri) of Searsburg, VT and Daniel Sharp (Diane) of Canterbury, CT; and her sister Roseann Citarell (Ron) of Chicopee, MA. She is also survived by five grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
