He was predeceased by: his parents, Thaddeus Zajchowski and Irene Zajchowski (Midura). He is survived by: his wife Ann Marie J. Zajchowski (Bojarski); his sisters, Susan J. Zajchowski of Chicopee and Elaine A. Baum of Belmont, CA; his niece Margaret Baum; and his great-niece Maya.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Kozikowski Funeral Home (565 Front St, Chicopee, MA 01013). A burial will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at 10:45 AM at the St. Stanislaus Cemetery (800 Montgomery St, Chicopee, MA 01013). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Stanislaus Basilica (566 Front St, Chicopee, MA 01013).
