She is survived by: her husband Alfred "Al" Murdock; her children, Brian of Chicopee, Danny (Kirsten) of Granby, Kevin of Springfield, Craig and Beth of Chicopee; her grandchildren, Rachael, Heather, Brian, Caitlin, Evan, Kyle and Colin; her sister Teri Dwyer (Carroll "Buddy" Dwyer) of Feeding Hills; her nieces, Corina (Ted) and Sadie; her nephew Buddy; her brother James Cummings of Hampden; her nephews, Jim and Barry; and her niece Sue. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren; and many beloved nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Phyllis's memory to the Alzheimer's Association.
