He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew "Hank" and Janet Garstka (Michalski). He is survived by: his sons, James (Noelle) of Tampa, FL, Thomas of Orlando, FL and Michael of Cape Cod, MA.; his grandchildren, Kathryn (Jake Francesconi), Amelia, James and Caroline Garstka; his wife Margot; his brothers, Walter (Susan) of West Springfield, MA and Andrew of Chicopee, MA.; and his cousin Dorothy Kagan of East Longmeadow, MA. He is also survived by his sister and many nieces and nephews and their children.
