He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph S. Bernier and Gisele H. Zygarowski Bernier (Turgeon); his wife Patricia A. "Patti" Zygarowski (McDonald); his daughter Michelle A. Zygarowski; his stepfather Martin Bernier; his grandchildren, Alicia M. Rodrigues and Joseph Thomas; and his brothers-in-law, Paul Obzanski and Gerald Robertson.
He is survived by: his children, Ryan J. Zygarowski (Joanne) of Chicopee, Sean E. Zygarowski (Jennifer) of Southwick, Robert J. Zygarowski, Jr. of New Port Richey, FL and Gina A. Zygarowski of Chicopee; his grandchildren, Madison Lee Mackenzie, Jack Patrick Zygarowski, Robert James, Amanda Lynn, Shannon, Aliyah and Mario; his siblings, Joseph Zygarowski (Kim) of Gainesville, GA, Christine Zygarowski of Chicopee and Diane Obzanski of Palm Coast, FL; and his siblings-in-law, James McDonald of Brimfield and Nancy Bailly of Chicopee. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, extended family members and numerous friends.
