She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Kaniecki and Stella Kaniecki (Dontrz); her husband Walter Malikowski; her daughter-in-law Valerie; and her siblings, Edward, Charles, Anthony and Jennie.

She is survived by: her son Thomas of Bangor; her grandchildren, Tim (Kim) of Hampden, Mary (John Dube) of Winterport, Amy (Garth McNally) of Bangor and Peter (Sarah) of Hampden; her great grandchildren, Emily, Alyssa, Luke and Tyler; her close friends, Dee Dee and Carol; and her caregivers, Jenn, Bonnie and Jamie.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, August 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. John Catholic Church (207 York St, Bangor, ME 04401).
