He was predeceased by: his father Stanley J Marcus; and his brother-in-law Robert Hebert. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Marcus (Wojcik); his sisters, Donna Nietupski (Kasmier) and Deborah Roberts; and his stepsons, Maxwell Herbert and Jonathan Herbert. He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
