She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley W. "Steve" Szukala and Mildred J. Szukala (Padykula); and her husband Stephen E. Buczko. She is survived by: her daughters, Kathleen Foley (Patrick) of Cumming, GA, Maureen Buczko (Michael Mirolli) of Chicopee, MA and Kristine Valentini of West Springfield, MA; her grandchildren, Sylvana, Adrienne Valentini and Julia Foley; and her sister Ann Derby (Robert) of West Springfield, MA..
