He is survived by: his children, Michael O'Brien (Caren) of Mason, NH, Elizabeth Stebbins (Dennis) of Chicopee, Mary Prouty (Robert) of Chicopee and Veronica Uzar (Ralph) of Amherst, NH.. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, and many loving nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers please make donations to Shriners hospital, St. Jude children's, or St Labree Indian school.
