He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles E. Freitag and Leona Freitag (Senneville); his daughter Tracy; and his brother Charles Freitag, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Freitag (Biela); his children, Gina Santiago (Antonio) of Longmeadow and Todd Freitag (Krystyna) of Chicopee; his sister Marion Gadoury (Robert) of Chicopee; and his grandchildren, Alexandra, Carly, Gabriella, Mia, Ava, Antonio II, Nicholas and Nathan.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, August 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Cierpial Memorial Funeral Home (69 East St, Chicopee, MA 01020). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, August 12th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, August 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Massachusetts Veterans Memorial Cemetery (1390 Main St, Agawam, MA 01001).
