She is survived by: her children, Andrzej (Dorota) of South Carolina and Krystyna Paluch (Jan Augustowski); her grandchildren, Martha Prou (Matthew), Peter Paluch (Randi), Emily Vara (Mitchell) and Anna Pagett (Riley); and her brother Jozef Retfinski of Poland. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
