He was predeceased by: his parents, William Bazydlo and Wanda Bazydlo (Makowski); his brothers, William Bazydlo and Robert Bazydlo; and his great grandchild Tatum Rae Bazydlo.
He is survived by: his wife Debra of Clinton; his children, Jaime, Jennifer, Jeffrey and Julie; and his grandchildren, Craig, Jaime, Tiannah, Joseph, Deijeneira and Zoe. He is also survived by great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
