He is survived by: his wife Adel A. Sicard (Freel); his children, Charles A. Sicard III (James Nolan) of Braintree, John R. Sicard of Los Angeles, CA, William A. Sicard of Clinton, Richard A. Sicard (Christina) and Michelle R; and his grandchildren, Garrett, Lauren and Sarah Sicard. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
