She was predeceased by: her husband Gerald T. Leary; her siblings, Mary Innamorati, Rita Zelent, Alphonsus, Pasquale and Guy Fortugno; and her parents, Archangelo Fortugno and Francesca Fortugno (Corbosiero).

She is survived by: her daughter Angela Ely (Richard) of Clinton; her grandchildren, Ryan Mills of San Diego, CA and Samantha Bradway (Taylor) of Lancaster; and her great grandchildren, Ella Grace Bradway and Lincoln Bradway. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
