It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen M. Mitchell (Clinton, Massachusetts), born in Worcester, Massachusetts, who passed away on May 18, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband Vernon T. Mitchell, Sr.; her children, Vernon T. Mitchell, Jr. and Gail M. Mitchell; her stepfather Leon A. "Woody" Woodcock, Jr.; and her parents, Bernard E. Blondin, Sr. and Marion Woodcock (Douglas).

She is survived by : her daughter-in-law Doris Mitchell; her sister-in-law Mary Bodah; her grandchildren, Paul Wright, Jill Wright (Val Gordon), Kristy Wright (Henry Ruiz), Stacey Butkowski (Nick Vautour), Katie LaPenn (Toby) and Ashley Pancorbo (Alex); her nephew David Bodah (Amy); her niece Cheryl Bodah (Deb Shaw); her close friends, Tom Calocci and Sandra Labree; and her pet Chloe. She is also survived by several siblings, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Visitation was held on Thursday, May 23rd 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Philbin-Comeau Funeral Home (176 Water St, Clinton, MA 01510).
