He was predeceased by: his daughter Renee Croker; his sister Teri Herzog; and his parents, Jesse Casey and Catherine Casey (Sides). He is survived by: his daughters, Julie Birk (Jason Prater), Marie Bailey (Kenneth) and Missy Colley (Chris); his sister Faith Crump (Leo Hayden); and his caregiver Elizabeth Lorenz. He is also survived by grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren, her children and grandchildren; nieces, nephews, extended family and many dear friends.
