Perkosky; his brother Clark Angel Perkosky; his grandmother Alyey Mandeville (Kevin); his great-grandparents, Alfonso, Ada Vega, Angel Rivera and Josefina Melendez; his great-great-grandparent Altagracia "Pompa" Vega; his aunts and uncles, Joshua Perkosky, Alfonso Vega II, Lyndell, Juan Rivera, Jessica, Adriana Rivera (Joshua Pelletier), Miguel "Toni" Rivera and Marta Medina; and his cousins, Tamara "Tammy" Medina Olivas and Chris.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM at the Philbin-Comeau Funeral Home (176 Water St, Clinton, MA 01510). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Reservoir Pines Cemetery West Boylston.
