Clinton-John A. "Jack" Innamorati, Sr., 81, passed peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family on Monday, September 30, 2024. He is survived by his beloved wife and soulmate Jacqueline (Carey) Innamorati; three children, Donna Ramos & husband Alton, John A. Innamorati, Jr., and Mary Innamorati; step-sons, Jeffrey Frisch, Jim Frisch & wife Rose, John Frisch & Meghan Silvio, Joel Frisch & wife Suzanne, and Jeremy Frisch & wife Emily; 23 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. He leaves his siblings and their spouses, Richard Innamorati & Patricia, Gary Innamorati & Maggie, Kenneth Innamorati & Pam, Jim Innamorati, and Lisa King & Tim; generations of nieces, nephews, extended family and dear friends. He is pre-deceased by his brother, Arthur Innamorati & wife Sophie.
Son of the late Arthur & Mary (Fortugno) Innamorati, Jack was born and raised in Clinton, and was a graduate of Worcester Boys Trade School, Class of 1962. As a young man, he joined his father in their family construction business and spent his professional career as a Union Master Carpenter. Jack later accepted a position in Riverside, California, where he and family settled for more than twenty years, while he was employed as a Union Iron Worker. Upon returning to Clinton, Jack continued work as a master carpenter alongside Elmo Garofoli, until retiring. Among his many passions, Jack was a tremendously skilled woodworker, and an avid sports fan who cheered faithfully for the Red Sox and Patriots. He enjoyed playing cribbage, bowling, and completing daily Sudoku puzzles. Jack also loved the beaches of California, Maine, New Hampshire, and Cape Cod. Above all, Jack was happiest in the company of family and will be forever missed and remembered lovingly.
Calling hours will be held on Monday, October 7, 2024 from 5 until 7PM in the McNally & Watson Funeral Home, 304 Church St., Clinton. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30AM on Tuesday, October 8, 2024 at St. John the Evangelist Church, 80 Union St., Clinton.
