He was predeceased by: his siblings, Barbara Whitsel and David D. Graves; and his parents, Arthur Graves and Irene Graves (Mohan). He is survived by: his wife Eleanor Graves (MacKoul); his children, Christine Zentgraf-Graves, Jennifer Schaeffer (John) and Joseph A. Graves (Jillian Devine-Graves); his grandchildren, Tyler and Hannah Zentgraf; his daughters, Madelyn, Louisa Schaeffer and Hailey Graves; his sister Joanne Graves; his sister-in-law Marcia-Lou Graves; and his close friend Dr. Peter Garofoli. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and many dear friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 15th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Philbin-Comeau Funeral Home (176 Water St, Clinton, MA 01510). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, May 16th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. John the Evangelist Church (80 Union St, Clinton, MA 01510). A burial was held on Saturday, May 16th 2026 from 11:15 AM to 11:45 AM at the St. John's Cemetery.
