Tomolo III (Kelsey); her parents, James O'Toole and Linda O'Toole (Crowley); and her siblings, James O'Toole (Gigi), Patrick O'Toole (Amy), Colleen O'Toole and Melissa Windward (Paul). She is also survived by several nieces & nephews, extended family, and many dear friends.
