He was predeceased by: his father Durwood "Bud" Williams; and his brother Greigg Williams. He is survived by: his wife Pam Short; his sons, Johnathan of Lancaster, Zachary of Lancaster and Benjamin Williams of Lancaster; his mother Barbara Williams; his sisters, Kim Williams (Larry Finch) of Mount Upton, NY and Jodie Salisbury of Mount Upton, NY; his sister-in-law Jill Rogalskyj (Pete) of Livonia, NY; and his nieces and nephews, Marissa Hall (Brett), Nathaniel, Sophia and George Rogalskyj. He is also survived by extended family, many colleagues and close friends near and far, and his five feline companions.

In lieu of flowers, Kevin's family requests that donations be made to a charity of one's choice.
