He was predeceased by: his father Yun Kai Chen. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Chen (Roaf); his daughters, Sarah Chen and Lydia Chen; his mother Mei Tai Chen; his siblings, Yu Chen (Yueh-Long Tsai), Kuo-Ching Chen (Miao Hsia Chang) and Kuo-Liang Chen; his father-in-law Edward Roaf; his siblings-in-law, Victoria Cavalli (Giulio) and Edward Roaf II (Becki); and his siblings' children, Catherine, Giovanni, Ryan, Brendan, Gina and Stephen. He is also survived by extended family, many dear colleagues and friends.
