She was predeceased by: her siblings, Rita Ford, Theresa Schartner, Juliette Constantino, Roger Hart, Robert Hart and George Hart; and her parents, John Hart and Cecile Hart (Pelletier).
She is survived by: her children, Wendy of Clinton, Lauri of Bolton and Steven (Mary); and her grandchildren, Avery of Carmel, Indiana. and Nolan of Carmel, Indiana.. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and godchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Immaculate Conception Church, 809 Main Street, Lancaster, MA.
