Though Patricia may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Patricia touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Fabian Kotek and Isabel Kotek; and her brother William Kotek. She is survived by: her husband Julio Falcione; her daughter Andrea Falcione; and her son-in-law John Phillips.
In lieu of flowers, the family encourages donations in Pat's name to Newfound Lake Region Association, 178 North Shore Rd, Hebron, NH 03241, a non-profit organization dedicated to the protection of Newfound Lake and its watershed.
