He was predeceased by : his father Atty. He is survived by : his son Braydyn McEvilly; his mother Patricia A. McEvilly (Stuka); his siblings, Michael P. McEvilly, Thomas F. McEvilly, Jr. (Katherine) of Holden, Peter S. McEvilly (Jackie) of Clinton and Nancy Morrison of Austin, TX.; his girlfriend Maura Tatro; and his nieces and nephews, Maggie, Jack, Matthew, Bridget, Erinne, Max, Brianna, Adrianna and Griffin McEvilly. He is also survived by extended family and many dear friends.
