He was predeceased by: his son Keith D. Price; his brother William Price; and his parents, William J. Price and Mary Price (Mayer). He is survived by: his wife Cynthia J. Price (Marszewski); his sons, Kenneth A. Price (Maura) of Townsend and Thomas M. Price of Clinton; his grandsons, Connor O'Brien of Pepperell and Shain Price of Townsend; and his sisters, Margaret Blomquist and Mary Murphy. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and dear friends.
