It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of William C. Parkman of Clinton, Massachusetts, who passed away on September 23, 2025, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his brothers, Charles, Jerry and Jimmy Ray Parkman; and his parents, Clyde Parkman and Fay Parkman (Weathersby).

He is survived by: his wife Carol Parkman (Alexander); his children, Frank Parkman, Emily Parkman (Warren Chu), Nicole Pagonis (Tom), Rebekah Parkman and Frances Elaine Toro; his grandchildren, Marissa Marie, Kimberly Ann and Little William; and his brother Wilie Dan Parkman. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and many dear friends.
