He was predeceased by : his wife Diane Mello (Litchfield); his parents, Antonio Mello and Maria Laura Mello; his daughter Debra Mello; and his siblings, Angelina M. Garrett, Mary M. Grassie, Ida M. Fortier, Augustine Mello and Francis Mello.
He is survived by : his daughters, Roberta Taylor-LaChimia (Frank Jr.) of Plymouth, Elizabeth Adams (Richard) of Pembroke and Barbara Piepenbrink (Tom) of Brant Rock; his granddaughters, Katherine Suddard (Benjamin), Caroline Adams (Callie) and Taylor Piepenbrink; his great grandchild Morgan Elizabeth Suddard; and his sisters, Eileen M. Tyeryar and Elizabeth M. Longo.
