She was loved and cherished by many people including : her husband Irving J. Etkind; her sons, Alan Etkind (Alice) and Stephen Etkind (Susan); her grandchildren, Michael (Wendy), Diana (Matthew), Matthew (Laura), Alexander (Lara) and Zachary (Ciera); and her great grandchildren, Corey, Timothy, Xander, Abigail, Annalise and Oliver.
