He was predeceased by : his parents, Mary and John. He is survived by : his girlfriend Diane; his son Sam (John); his stepson Tony (Tracy); his cousin Paul; his siblings, Jack (Serena), Bob (Paula), Teri (Bob), Jillian (Casey), Susannah (Tyler) and Josh; and his former life partner Joanne. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles, cousins, and countless dear friends.
