We bid farewell to Carmine M. Lionetta of Concord, Massachusetts, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on February 1, 2025 at the age of 89. Carmine touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael and Mary (Zarella); and his brother William. He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Lionetta (Fitzpatrick); his children, Mark (Celia), Diane Lionetta and Dan (Irene); and his grandchildren, Kara (Chris LeGrow), Jaclyn (Andrew Cardone), Charlotte, Colin, Harrison and Camryn.

In lieu of flowers, gifts in memory of Carmine Lionetta may be made to Massachusetts General Hospital to support its Yawkey Center Infusion Unit fund, or its Colorectal Cancer Research fund.
