He was predeceased by: his parents, Louisa A. Wilkins and Raymond S. Wilkins. He is survived by: his wife Angela M. Wilkins; and his children, Douglas H. Wilkins (Laura) of Wellesley, Stephen M. Wilkins (Sarah) of Gloucester, Christopher P. Wilkins (Rachel Perry) of Ipswich and Kate T. Wilkins (Thomas Mannix) of Newburyport.
