He was predeceased by: his parents, Frances Dee and Colonel Hugh E. Kilmartin; and his brothers, Paul and Mark Kilmartin. He is survived by: his brothers, Peter Kilmartin (Karen Kilmartin) and Hugh (Susan Kilmartin); his sister-in-law Amrit Kilmartin of Doylestown, PA.; and his nieces and nephews, Dr. Danielle Kilmartin, Dr. Elizabeth, Peter Saich, Matthew, Ashley Kilmartin, Charles Kilmartin, Railey Jane Savage and Kourtney Kilmartin. He is also survived by un grand-uncle to his four nieces and eight nephews.
