He was predeceased by : his son Robert Jr.; and his parents, James McKinley and Charlotte Mebes. He is survived by : his wife Margaret "Susie" Hill McKinley; his children, Eric (Mandy McKinley) and Laurie (David Avakian); and his grandchildren, Samuel (Juliette), Sean, Tess, Lilia, Michael and Nicholas.
