Cotter and Esther Cotter (Reckling); his wife Linda; his daughter Deborah; his brother Fred; his children, David of San Diego, CA and Elizabeth (Michael Schlax) of Yarmouth, ME; his granddaughters, Elena and Jillian Schlax; and his sisters-in-law, Marjorie Smith of Durham, NH and Gai Cotter of Novi, MI. He was also cherished by other relatives and friends.
