She was predeceased by: her son Peter Leveroni (Maureen); her grandson John Michael Leveroni; her husbands, John J. Leveroni and Victor McInnis; and her parents, William O'Connell and Beulah O'Connell.
She is survived by: her children, John Mark Leveroni (Cindy), Daniel Leveroni (Meri), Timothy Leveroni (Jody), Ann Christy Leveroni (Peter Catizone) and Catherine "Kitty" Fatemi (late Shahin); and her grandchildren, Jacqueline Leveroni (Ryan Luczynski), Tim Leveroni (Simona), Chris Leveroni (Holly) and Josephina "JoJo" Leveroni (Tyler Tong). She is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of the Assumption (76 Wianno Ave, Osterville, MA 02655). A committal service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Saint Francis Xavier Cemetery.
