Patricia L Schaefer Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia L Schaefer of Cotuit, Massachusetts, who passed away on September 30, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Patricia shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Patricia farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Shinney and Theresa Shinney. She is survived by: her husband Eric Schaefer of Cotuit; her children, David Schaefer (Christine) of Newton and Susan Arnold (James) of Cary; and her grandchildren, Brenna, Alison of Colin, JR and Elise.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Cotuit Federated Church (40 School St, Cotuit, MA 02635).
