She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Mongue and Evelyn Mongue; her husband Ronald C. "Ted" Filkins of Ted's Mobile Home Sales Inc; her daughter Denise E. Filkins; her close friend Albert A. Cady; and her siblings, Lawrence "Bub" Mongue and Beatrice "Bea" Dassatti.
She is survived by: her sons, Lawrence R. Filkins (Rita) of Lanesborough and Peter J. Filkins (Susan Roeper) of Cheshire. She is also survived by two granddaughters and two great grandchildren.
