It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of David L. Pursell (Dalton, Massachusetts), born in Buffalo, New York, who passed away on October 12, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Norma Pursell and Ken Pursell; and his son Scott David. He is survived by: his friend Celestial Kingdom; his son Kenneth Mark; his wife Candy; his sons, Ken Pursell (Paula) and Todd Pursell; his sister Judy Pursell Marshall; his daughter-in-law Cathy Pursell Bryant; his stepson Matt Solomon; his grandchildren, Connor, Emmeline Pursell, Kevin Pursell and Jackie Drosehn; his great grandchildren, Elliot, Anderson Drosehn, Ryleigh and Addalyn Pursell; and his nephews, Benjamin and Daniel Marshall. He is also survived by several cousins, friends, and Miller relatives.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Agnes Church (489 Main St, Dalton, MA 01226). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Dave's memory can be made to the "American Kidney Fund", in care of the Dwyer Funeral Home.
