He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Lear and Mary Hefty Lear; and his wife Elizabeth "Rea" Lear. He is survived by: his children, Cindy Lear (David Harrison) of Dalton and Randy Lear of Roseville, California; and his grandchildren, Jack and Megan Lear.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at 9:00 AM at the First Congregational Church of Dalton Dalton, MA (514 Main St, Dalton, MA 01226).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to First Congregational Church of Dalton or a food bank of your choice.
