He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles T. Bard and Elenora Nuciforo Bard. He is survived by: his wife Jean Bard of Dalton; his children, Allison Bard (Kevin O'Neill) of Pittsfield, Christopher Bard of Dalton and Adam Bard; his grandson Jonathan Howard of Pittsfield; his brother Richard Bard (Judy) of Pittsfield; and his brother-in-law Robert Mackenzie (Patricia). He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 11th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Dery Funeral Home (54 Bradford St, Pittsfield, MA 01201). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 11th 2026 at 12:15 PM at the same location.
