She was predeceased by: her parents, Roger Gerwaski and Charlotte Weed Gerwaski; her husband William J. Kowalczyk, Jr.; and her sister Kelly Kudlate. She is survived by: her son Chad Appleton (Amy Jo); her grandchildren, Darrin Appleton, Haley Cogley and Lennox Poulton; her great grandchild Jaxon Cogley; her siblings, Roger Gerwaski, Jr., Marcia Taylor and Kathy Gerwaski; her niece Christy; and her nephews, Matt, Michael, Kyle and Robert. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory can be made to the Berkshire County Jimmy Fund in care of the Dwyer Funeral Home.
