He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence J. Dumas and Aurel Longway Dumas; his wife Nancy E. Miller Dumas; and his brothers, Richard J. Dumas and Raymond L. Dumas.
He is survived by: his sons, William F. Jr., Gary A. (Judy) of Smithfield, RI, Terrance R. (Robin) of Tampa, FL and Christopher P. (Wendy) of Dalton; and his grandchildren, Jeffrey, Shelbie, James, Timothy, Kimberly, Ryan, Michael, Austin, Kelsie and Kaitlyn. He is also survived by nineteen great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
