He is survived by: his wife Karen Quealy; his children, Katelyn Quealy (Michael Kourmanopoulos) of Sharon and Michael Quealy (Izzy) of Peabody; his grandchildren, PJ and Peter; his siblings, Anne Villemaire, Brian, Mark and Matthew Quealy; and his close friend Richard Peicott. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
