He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret Ruth Moore (Demmons); his parents, Charles Moore and Edythe Moore (Brown); his son Charles Moore III; and his sisters, Evelyn Spiliotis and Caryl McGlynn.
He is survived by: his children, Scott Moore (Denise) of Danvers, Pamela Morris of Hampton, NH, Dottie Moore of Danvers and David Moore (Sue Vinciguerra); his grandchildren, Michael, Kristen, Courtney, Nick, Justin and Derek; and his great grandchildren, Maya, Quincy, Hazel, Morgan, Holly and Leah. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Walnut Grove Cemetery (30 Sylvan St, Danvers, MA 01923).
A generous and compassionate man, Charles was also a strong advocate for blood donation and rolled up his sleeve at every opportunity.
