She was predeceased by: her parents, Matthew Grayton and Nina Grayton (Mitulinsky); her sister-in-law Lillian Grayton; her niece Katherine Cohan; her uncle Donald; and her aunt Lydia Mentus.
She is survived by: her wife Paula Heinz; her daughter Katya Grayton-Heinz; her siblings, Lisa Cohan (Chip) of Tiburon, CA and Philip Grayton (Elena) of Sarasota, FL.; her nieces and nephews, Christopher (Andrea), Patrick (Kesia), Sean Cohan (Molly), Matthew Grayton, Christine (Andy) and Vlada Grayton (Elizabeth); and her great-nephews, Storm Cohan and Cypress Cohan.
