“I remember my friend Ed from just down the street from where I live. I used to see him walking past my house several times a day. He was nursing his health from a surgery that he'd undergone. We were both 71 years old. After not seeing him for a month or so, I finally saw him walking towards my house. I was always watching for him. We saw each other, and we waved. I was putting my rubbish out. I walked back to the sidewalk to pick up my other barrel. I never saw him again. So Sorry. Rich Hayes.”
