Wormstead, Jr. (Nicole) of Bradford and Nathan Wormstead (Michelle Malozzi) of Danvers; his grandsons, Cole, Jake Koskela and Noah Wormstead; and his brother Lloyd Wormstead (Linda) of Saugus. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
