He was predeceased by: his wife Arline Ida Davey (Allen); his parents, Frank Davey and Eva Davey (Cook); and his siblings, Edward Davey, Janice Chute and Anne Warren.
He is survived by: his daughters, Pamela Davey Huggins of Fairmont, WV and Frances Davey of Fort Myers, FL; his grandsons, Tadeo Frank Huggins and Savion Edward Huggins; and his sisters, Gail Curran of Peoria, AZ and Susan Brown of Alexandria, VA. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
