He was predeceased by : his parents, James P. Arthur and Marion G. Arthur (Roberts). He is survived by : his wife Paula Arthur (Santana) of Danvers; his niece Georgina Insdorf; and his nephews, Gino Roberts and Gene I. Roberts.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the O'Donnell Cremations-Funerals (167 Maple St, Danvers, MA 01923). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
